Terms and Conditions

When you make a purchase on zenzshop.no, operated by ZENZ Organic Products ApS (hereinafter referred to as ZENZ), you also accept the following terms and conditions.

These conditions apply unless another written agreement has been made between you and ZENZ. We recommend that you read these terms carefully before shopping at info@zenzshop.no.

As a customer, it is your responsibility to stay updated with the applicable terms and conditions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

ZENZ reserves the right to revise and change these terms and conditions from time to time. Updated terms will not be announced but will be updated on this page.

You will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time you order a product from us, unless the changes are required by law or government regulation. In such cases, your previous orders will also be subject to the updated terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Purchases on zenzshop.no are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes are to be settled by the ordinary Norwegian courts.

Age Limit for Shopping on zenzshop.no

You must be 18 years or older to shop on zenzshop.no. By placing an order, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age or that you are shopping with parental consent.

Open 24 Hours a Day

www.zenzshop.no is open for shopping 24/7 as far as possible. Interruptions may occur, such as system updates from our IT provider. These types of short outages will not be announced. Longer updates will be announced to those subscribed to the ZENZ mailing list.

Placing an Order

You select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your virtual “shopping cart” by clicking “Add to cart.” You can update or check the contents of your cart at any time and monitor the total price. Any additional charges for shipping or card fees will be calculated and shown before payment.

When you're ready to complete your purchase, click “Go to checkout.” You’ll be asked to enter your full name, address, email, phone number, and select your payment and delivery methods.

If you make a mistake when placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@zenzshop.no. Our customer service team will assist you. Always double-check your order before approving payment.

Order Confirmation

Once you’ve ordered a product from ZENZ, you will receive a receipt confirming we’ve received your order. A binding purchase agreement is only made when you receive confirmation that the order is accepted and the items have been shipped.

We reserve the right to reject your order—for example, if the item is no longer in stock or your payment failed due to technical errors or incorrect information. ZENZ cannot be held responsible for rejected or canceled orders and no compensation will be provided.

Payment

Payments on zenzshop.no are made by credit card. You are responsible for ensuring your card information is correct.

Card details are transmitted securely and encrypted via SSL. ZENZ does not have access to your card information.

Your card will only be charged once the goods are shipped and a shipping confirmation is sent to you by email.

We reserve the right for sold-out items or stock errors. If an ordered item is not available, it will be removed from your order and not charged.

Prices

All prices on zenzshop.no include 25% VAT and are listed in Norwegian kroner. ZENZ may change prices without notice, but the price at the time of purchase is binding, except for errors or omissions.

Discount Codes

Only one discount code can be used at a time unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be used on already discounted items, subscriptions, gift cards, or certain gift sets and special offers.

If you forget to use a discount code, it cannot be applied retroactively, but may be used on your next order if still valid.

Delivery

We offer free shipping in Norway on orders over NOK 499, unless a discount code is used. If a discount code is applied, shipping costs will apply. For orders under NOK 499, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

All orders are shipped with BRING unless otherwise agreed. Packages are delivered to your nearest pick-up point or via home delivery for an extra fee. You’ll be notified when the package is ready for pickup.

Delivery time is up to 7 business days. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden every Wednesday.

ZENZ cannot be held liable for delivery delays from our shipping partner.

Please note: packages are only held at pick-up points for a limited time before being returned to ZENZ. It is your responsibility to pick up your package in time.

Risk of Goods

Risk of the goods transfers to you after the 14-day right of withdrawal period. If the product is damaged after receipt, you still have the right of withdrawal if the damage is not due to your negligence.

Keep the original packaging, as returns must include it in cases of complaint or damage.

Duties and VAT

All prices on zenzshop.no include VAT and customs duties. No extra fees will apply at checkout.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on all purchases from the date you receive the item. If the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

If multiple items were ordered but delivered separately, the period starts from the last delivery.

You must return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as received, including packaging and labels. Used or opened products may lose value, and deductions may apply.

To use your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days at info@zenzshop.no before returning the item.

Complaints

Your purchase is covered by Norwegian consumer laws, including the right to complain about defects. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time (no later than 2 months) after discovering a defect.

The complaint must be justified and not caused by misuse or negligent handling.

For items with limited shelf life, the complaint period is limited accordingly.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us at info@zenzshop.no. Include your order number, name, contact details, product information, and the reason for return or exchange.

We aim to respond within 48 hours. If the error is confirmed, you’ll receive a replacement or refund.

Notify us before sending returns. Ensure items are properly packed. You are responsible for the goods until received. Save your receipt and tracking number.

Not picking up a package does not count as a return. An NOK 80 fee applies to unclaimed packages, which will not be resent.

You cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend contacting us first so we can ensure full reimbursement. You must send the return within 14 days of notifying us.

Returns must be sent directly to our address—not to a pick-up point. We recommend BRING Business or GLS Business for shipping.

You cannot exchange products—please place a new order instead.

Unclaimed Package Return Fee: NOK 125 will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and refunded if unused and in saleable condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card payments will be refunded to the same card.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return. We aim to process them as quickly as possible.

If the product is used, damaged, or missing original tags or packaging, deductions will apply based on decreased value.

Personal Data

To shop at www.zenzshop.no, you must provide:

  • Email address

  • Phone number

Personal data is stored only as long as needed and deleted per legal requirements. We do not share or sell your data unless the company is restructured or sold, in which case relevant laws apply.

By using zenzshop.no, you accept our use of cookies. Cookies help track your visit and recognize your device. Cookies do not contain viruses or programs.
