1. GENERAL
Through your agreement with ZENZ Organic Products ApS and ZENZ ApS, personal data about you is collected.
These guidelines are prepared based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as the Norwegian Personal Data Act which supplements the GDPR rules (collectively “applicable legislation”).
Below you can read about the data collected, including how it is processed, what it is used for, who has access to it, and who you can contact if you have questions or objections regarding the collected data.
2. PERSONAL DATA
2.1 WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?
ZENZ Organic Products ApS and ZENZ ApS request your general contact information when you purchase a product or service on zenzshop.no. This primarily includes information such as name, address, postal code, phone number, email, etc. The personal data we collect is used to identify you as a customer and deliver the services/products you have purchased from us. The personal data collected in connection with fulfilling the agreement will be stored in our IT system and/or in a physical register.
2.2 HOW LONG DO WE STORE PERSONAL DATA?
Storage of personal data depends on the duration of your agreement with ZENZ Organic Products ApS and ZENZ ApS.
When you purchase a service from us, we need your personal data as documentation for your agreements and treatments.
During the ongoing contractual relationship, the information we have collected about you is stored in our IT system, where the personal data will be archived. Your personal data will primarily be stored by ZENZ Organic Products ApS and ZENZ ApS. Upon termination of your customer relationship with ZENZ Organic Products ApS and ZENZ ApS, your personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the data pertains. For example, if the agreement ended in November 2017 and the financial year follows the calendar year, we are obliged under current regulations to store the data until at least 2022. When the personal data is no longer relevant and we are not obligated to store it, all personal data related to you will be deleted.
2.3 WHAT DO WE USE PERSONAL DATA FOR?
The personal data we collect about you in connection with fulfilling our agreement is primarily used for general customer administration, including, for example, the fulfillment of the agreement you have entered into with ZENZ Organic Products ApS and ZENZ ApS.
The data will generally not be shared with third parties.
Additionally, we may process your data if necessary for ZENZ Organic Products ApS and ZENZ ApS (or a third party) to pursue a legitimate interest, unless your interests take precedence. Other disclosures are only allowed if applicable legislation exceptionally permits the disclosure of personal data.
2.4 HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
According to applicable law, your personal data must be stored securely and confidentially. We store the personal data you provide to ZENZ Organic Products ApS and ZENZ ApS in an IT system or physically in a locked cabinet.
Our security measures are continuously reviewed to ensure that our processing of personal data is handled responsibly and respects your rights as a customer.
2.5 RIGHT TO ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA
As a customer of ZENZ Organic Products ApS and ZENZ ApS, you have the right to receive confirmation whether ZENZ Organic Products ApS and ZENZ ApS process personal data about you, and, if so, access to the personal data.
You also have the right to request and receive personal data about yourself that you have sent to ZENZ Organic Products ApS and ZENZ ApS. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
2.6 RIGHT TO CORRECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You have the right to have incorrect personal data about yourself corrected by ZENZ Organic Products ApS and ZENZ ApS without undue delay.
2.7 RIGHT TO DELETE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You have the right to have personal data about yourself deleted by ZENZ Organic Products ApS and ZENZ ApS without undue delay if the salon/clinic no longer has a legitimate interest in retaining your personal data.
Please note that if ZENZ Organic Products ApS and ZENZ ApS are legally required to store the information under applicable law, you cannot demand the deletion of your personal data.
2.8 CHANGES IN THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
We reserve the right to update and change these guidelines for the processing of personal data. If the guidelines change, the “last updated” date at the bottom of the page will be adjusted. These guidelines are evaluated and, if necessary, revised once a year.
